Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms & Conditions") carefully before using the website https://sajikunnishatechlabs.online and partnering with Sajikunnisha Tech Lab for software services.
1. Scope of Services
Sajikunnisha Tech Lab is a registered MSME IT company under NIC Code 62012 (Web Page Designing). We provide customized software development, UI/UX graphic design, cloud configurations, telemedicine portals, CRM/ERP engines, and AI integrations. All deliverables are outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement, all source code, graphical systems, designs, and templates created for the client remain under the ownership of Sajikunnisha Tech Lab until all invoices and milestones are fully paid. Upon final settlement, the specified ownership and license rights are transferred to the client.
3. Project Timelines & Milestones
We work under structured phase structures as described in our development roadmap. Timeline delivery assumes prompt feedback and document submissions from the client. We are not liable for system deployment delays resulting from missing client credentials or late asset provisions.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are split into milestone installments as per the project invoice. Invoices are generated in Indian Rupees (INR) for domestic partners, and payment processing is handled through secure channels. Payment delay of more than 15 calendar days from the invoice issue date may result in a temporary pause of development tasks.
5. Liability Boundaries
Sajikunnisha Tech Lab designs software using modern security guidelines. However, we are not liable for commercial data loss, database leaks resulting from compromised server access keys, or network failures on third-party cloud instances (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) after the client assumes operational control.
6. Governing Law
These terms, contracts, and software agreements shall be governed by and structured in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with an adjusted date stamp. Continued navigation of the website implies agreement to updated conditions.
