Refund Policy

At Sajikunnisha Tech Lab, we build high-quality custom software and digital systems. Because custom services are constructed according to client requirements, we enforce the following refund and cancellation parameters.
1. Retainer & Deposit Installments
Initial project kick-off deposits and visual mockup review retainers are non-refundable. When work commences on Phase 01 (Requirement Gathering) and Phase 02 (Planning), developer capacities and server resources are reserved, and the upfront fee is locked to cover these costs.
2. Milestone Payments
All software development projects operate under structured milestones. Upon completion, testing, and approval of a specific milestone phase (e.g. Phase 03 UI/UX Design, Phase 04 Development), the corresponding installment becomes non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, refunds will only be evaluated for incomplete milestone phases.
3. Project Cancellation Guidelines
A client may request to cancel a project in writing at any time. Upon cancellation:
- The client is liable to pay for all hours worked and tasks completed up to the date of receipt of the written cancellation notice.
- Sajikunnisha Tech Lab will deliver the completed portion of the code and assets upon receipt of the final calculated fee.
- All ongoing monthly retainers (such as server maintenance or support retainers) require a 30-day written cancellation notice.
4. Dispute Resolution Process
If you are dissatisfied with a specific code delivery or visual layout, we request that you contact your assigned project manager to document technical errors. Our engineering cohort will work to debug issues and deliver revisions. In the event that a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached, the dispute will be reviewed under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
